    After a two-year struggle with a vestibular issue that impacted my ability to consume enough nutrition to support a healthy weight, I began training with Paul at around 147 pounds. My goal was clear: increase my endurance, gain weight, and improve my overall body composition.

    With Paul’s guidance, I progressed from 147 to 165 pounds, focusing on weights, core strength, nutrition, VO2 max, and mindset. Not only did I achieve a healthier weight, but my lean mass increased to elite-athlete levels, visceral fat reached the "excellent" category, and my bone density improved significantly. A huge predictor of longevity is VO2 max, and together, we created a plan to elevate mine from 35.4 (average) to 39 (above average) over six months.
